I feel like boiling the chicken slightly before frying. I don't trust the chicken been cooked at this rate. Thanks for the lessons 🙏

Yes o, I agree with you. Me I will cook d chicken at very low temp extract d oil for reuse. I dont like this general raw chicken method.

Hi SisiYemmi, I just did everything you showed. I have put my chicken ( it's drumsticks and thighs) to overnight in the fridge. I can't wait to see what is going transpired after I fry it tomorrow. I'm going to the early morning church service and I am so excited to see the results. I'm a South African from Cape Town and I'm not a KFC fan😂. It looks sooo deliscious!Me on the other hand after coating the eggs I like to put my flour and spice mix in a plastic bag.I put all my chicken pieces in there and shake it really well.I do the same when I fry fish.Saves time and it is so much easier for me.Thank you for the video.I learned alot about it too.🙂❤

This is very appealing. I have followed used some of your recipes and they don't fail, you're a natural. I have gotten everything to try mine with but I didn't get this kind of chicken. I got the one they call 'orobo', can I boil first before everything else? I don't know what to do and I'll like to have this for Christmas 🙁
