This is really nice and I used this method before but now I make a curry paste and add it to the caramelized sugar and cook the curry then add the chicken and walaaaa

eatah food put some clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon in de season chicken to help with de stew aspect ah de currystew and another ting, they use coconut milk. I think ah want tuh try da version it look like it might have a tad bit more flavor. Just a tad😄 Wait ah forget tuh say something. eatah food add some pigeon peas tuh de currystew, dat could be why they use some coconut milk. Anyway ah glad fuh de two versions. I will try dem both
