I'm not an expert at unreal but I believe the reason the arm was snapping at 90 degrees was because that's what your rotation snap was set to at the top right

I was so disappointed when i realised we can't animate the player itself or the character device even the player reference device.. like imagine how cool it would be to see your own character in a cutscene or being able to make punching animations, walking animations etc.. hopefully epic games adds it in the near future.

If anyone is experiencing an issue where you can't drop the mesh on your project and/or the folders are empty, just close UEFN. After closing it for a few minutes, open the project back up and everything will be there!

a you are locked to 90 degre that show your knowledge in unreal engine.and that is only creating an animation pose not animating a character.this feature is not available at the moment becuse we are lacking the posibilitys to make an animation blueprint so if you create ai the ai wont be able to chosse from states like run walk idle attack.

the arms were only rotating at 90 dgress because of the snaping. top right corner of the viewport

Your rotation tool was set to turn things at 90 degrees, that's why.

The reason it was snapping 90 degrees was you had the snapping on at the top, turn that off to get free movement :)

Please help me! In uefn creating land in landscape mode not work for me and create buggy bald flat world without grass only has a green texture and if I wants to make a hill this makes pyramids instead of normal hills and if I wants to add an ocean it doesn't work for me, even if I wants to put an island there are only lines and nothing works at all sometimes even for no reason uefn is crashing! Cause It's to complicated for console and probably cause console can't handle the performance
