For 2 person:-
~ 1 bowl arhar Daal
~ 2 bowl rice
* Washing properly 2-3 times
~ take1/2 lit. Water in Daal
Cook Daal in pressure cooker
3 whistle in high flame &
2 whistle in low flame
~ take 1/2 lit. Water
Cook rice in pressur cooker
~Soak rice for 10-20 min
Tadka recipe
~ salt 1/2 tb spoon
~ turmeric 1 tb spoon
~ coriander powder 1 tb
~ chilly powder 1/2 tb spoon (as per taste)
~Jeera 1/2 tb spoon
~Rai 1/2 tb spoon
~ hing 1 pinch
~tomato 1
~Kadi leaf 2-3 stick
~ dry mirch 2-3 stick or green mirch
~ Garlic 7-8 piece
