That is why I Soaked it overnight to soften it. So any blender you have can blend it easily.

depending on your means of drying. Dry as long as u can. till u are sure its very dry and can grind to powder well.

If properly prepared with water dried out to syrup, can last up to a Yr in an airtight container.

As long as a year. If kept in an airtight container. You can also keep in fridge for longer shelve life.

It's not a problem. It means you boiled it very well to completely remove most liquid. You can use it dat way or add a little water to loosen it up to make it runny to ur taste.
