2 eggs

I love Lasagna and I make it every year for Christmas Eve. Now last year I got lazy and just ordered Christmas Eve and New Years Eve dinner from my favorite Pizza place. Christmas Eve I did Pizza and Salad, on New Years I did Grilled Ribs with fries and Salad. This year I am going to make your recipe for Lasagna Gina!

Love your meat masher…I use a potato masher, really breaks the meat down. I used to make this quite a bit, being half Italian. I now make stuffed shells, basically same ingredients & quicker for me. I love watching you cook & your dishes look so delicious. I also love your kitchen! Many blessings… PS I always add sugar to my sauce to take out the acidity out of the tomatoes.
