Ingredients: recipe makes 8 pambazos
8 bolillo, telera or your choice of bread
16 oz chorizo
4 medium potatoes peeled and into small cubes
1/4 white onion chopped
1 roma tomato chopped
1 chile jálalelo or chile serrano chopped
Sauce:
10-15 chile guajillo
2 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt
oil
Garnish with your favorite toppings
