The dragon fruit is healthy. The cow’s milk and the honey are not. I’d substitute a home-made plant-based milk and date syrup (just dates, water, and a bit of lemon). *That* would be insanely healthy and delicious.

Nothing is wrong with using honey. As long as you buy honey from the beekeeper directly. Store bought honey is just straight up sugar.

@@Tweezy786 the honey doesn’t belong to us. The bees make it for themselves, not for us. Why use their food, when one can use date syrup?
