Ingredients
2 pounds lean Ground Beef
1 small package pepperoni slices
1/2 cup ricotta cheese, optional
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package oven ready Lasagna noodles
16 ounces shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese
1 tablespoon dried Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper and Italian Seasoning. Drain and set aside.
Spread 1/4 of the sauce on the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish. Cover with 4 Lasagna noodles. Layer noodles with 1/3 of the ground beef, 1/3 of the pepperoni, 1/3 ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese. Starting with sauce again, create two more layers. Ending with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until Lasagna noodles are fork tender. Remove from oven and allow Lasagna to rest at least 15 minutes before serving.
