Let's make a fondant rose today!
I've been asked by many bakers on how to make super simple fondant roses without much hassle.
If you've got a ton of roses to make for a cake project or if you don't want to spend all your time making the flowers, then this video is just for you!
These roses are super easy and the best part is that you don't require much equipment either.
Sugar roses are very commonly used in cake decoration, and they can be easily used to upgrade your cakes. With some practice you too can get the hang of it with my super simple technique.
Material required :
Rose petal cutters
Leaf cutter
Calyx cutter
Rose bud
Dummy (optional)

Foam/ Sponge pad
Basic fondant tools
Rolling pin
Powder colours/ petal dust
Paint Brush
Green floral tape
Floral wire
Cornflour dusting pouch
Edible glue
Shelf life - Once dried, fondant flowers can be stored in an airtight container upto 1 month.
Tips :
*Always dry your fondant rose well before placing it on a cake.
*Especially in the monsoon season you can add CMC or Tylose powder to fondant to make the toppers stable.
