My friend Anna and I are going to do this for business day in m school, I have a couple of questions: Can you do it with soda? How long do they last? On a sclae of 1-10 (10 being the hardest) how difficult is it to make them? Lastly, How much agar agar do you use, and how many servings does it make (6?)?

im no expert but doing it with soda is a bad idea- you have to boil it to get the clearness and such and boiling soda turns it into syrup, which would result in a sticky mess

This is about a 10 mainly because there are no exact measurements. If you are a child without parents who know the recipe I would not attempt.

The reason they all turn yellow is because you cant follow a specific recipe. You can start with a base for it by using someone else's recipe but if you want it to be just like the video you could always buy the same kind

Raindrop cake are made with this two material eventually. Its actually made with idea of making edible water. Originated from japan and the name if its translated directly is water mochi. 😅
