Ingredients: 15 kilos of enriched brown flour, wheat bran “Rada” 3 tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of yeast, 2 teaspoons of salt, a large bowl of warm water, method of preparation: 1- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in half the quantity. warm water and leave it for 10 minutes 2- Mix the two types of flour, bran and salt in a large bowl 3- Add the yeast and oil and start stirring and kneading until the dough comes together 4- Add the rest of the water if necessary and continue kneading until it comes together and should not be sticky 5- Place the dough in A bowl with some oil so it doesn't stick. Leave it to ferment for two hours, covering it with a clean cloth. 6- Divide the dough into balls and roll them into circles and loaves, sprinkling some of the raisins while rolling them out. 7- Leave them to rest on a large baking sheet greased with a very little oil and cover them with a clean cloth. 8- Place it in an oven at 250 degrees Celsius, for 10 or 15 minutes at most. 9- Take it out and let it cool a little, then eat it hot and pack it in freezer bags and heat them when needed. #Routine #Umm_Islam_in_the_countryside #Baldi_living #Diary #My_daily_routine #My_routine
