Bro i did everything correct but at final i found that the gear motor rotating opposite direction to peel off the pencil. How to change the direction of gear motor please guide?

Change the terminals on motor or else change the battery terminals. Simple...

Because u are using dead battery or else old sharpener ...must need new sharpener

Yes because u did not put the sharpener on midpoint of the motor shaft.. and also try to use smooth sharpener and blade must be very sharp....

This is 100% true the mistake u did is u need to make a hole on centre of sharpener then attach...Must use new sharpener.
