I like it a lot, however you need to work on editing to a runtime of 30 mins or less (20 min would be ideal). Otherwise, it's great- very creative way to prepare lobster!

Deddy is right Escovitch comes from the Spain Spanish word Escabeche. Which the Jamaicans took on as their own when Spain was ruling Jamaica. But what many don’t know is the “Moors” from North Africa & the Middle East colonized the Spaniards for 700 years and that’s where this dish originated. History is interesting and beautiful as it all seems to start and begin in Africa the Mother Land. I love Deddy and your mom. Such beautiful Love and Energy🩷
