How to Make Fabric Flowers - Quick and Easy Tutorial

Learn how to make fabric flowers with this easy tutorial. They are fast and simple to make and are great for adding to hair clips, brooch backs and turning into necklaces.
SUPPLIES
==========
- 6 x cotton fabric circles. Quilting cotton works the best. Cut 4" (10cm) diameter for the larger flower or 3" (7.5cm) diameter circles for the smaller flowers.
- hot glue gun
- buttons or beads to decorate
- 1" (2.5cm) diameter circle of felt or fabric to glue to the back
- optional - lined alligator clip to glue to the back.

I bought a ton of fabric flower minis from Walmart and have no idea what to do with them, or what to glue them on

Glue them on to hair clips! You can also get brooch backs. Another good idea is gluing clusters on felt circles and then making necklaces.

It was a metal crystal button. Check eBay and Amazon for lots of fancy buttons.

I like quilting cotton. This is medium weight cotton. It gave the flowers a nicer shape than thin fabrics. Thanks for watching.
