*Almond oil* _is an excellent product if you're looking for one that can strengthen and moisturize your tresses._ Almonds are _packed with vitamins E, proteins, and antioxidants which make them a great option to combat dryness or damage in the hair as well as promote growth._ With almond oil's magnesium content it also _helps reduce breakage of the strands!_

Great video. But you don’t have to boil it so much it will take all the nutrients out . You can just put it, in a dark space for a couple of days. The longer you leave it the better it will infuse.
@cathylewis7831
@cathylewis7831 Жыл бұрын
This way, increased nutrients gets extracted faster from the seeds into the oil making it more potent. This also happens in sharp cuisines. Alternatively you can and should wait for up to two weeks before extractions. If you want to increase your FENUGREEK intake, eat a lot of curried stews or at least add curry to even mild dishes. Curry powder usually consists of the same components. Unfortunately for many eating spicy food is not doable.

Lol When I started using fenugreek years ago, people around me, on work & other places, would say they are smelling curry. They would call various curry dishes from the island I live. 😏 At first I wasn't aware that it was me causing the stir. 😂 I diluted the strength of fenugreek because of the scent. However it's great for the hair. 👍👍 Good video as usual 🌺🌺

Girl the fenugreek got my workmates smelling curry all day! I pretended like I didn’t know where the smell was coming from😅.I find that putting it in the night before helps the smell die down abit. Do you use fenugreek as an oil?
@kyiennpepper

@@CoilyDiaries 😂😂 Yes I pretended I don't know what they are talking about. "What smell?", "From where?" I have some funny stories with these little curry-smelling seeds. About two years ago I made fenugreek oil but mixed with other powerhouse ingredients. 💪 However, I frequently use it as a tea spritz or add it to my leave in conditioner. I tried it as a mask but those bits and pieces remain in the hair. So I have to try a better method. I am going to check you out on Instagram. Thanks for replying 🌺🌺🌺🌺
