Nathan Martin if you continue building things while you’re bushcrafting, you will get stronger. Like for example, taking your time and making notches for arrows by taking a stone and forcefully grinding it against the back of the arrow to make a knock for the bowstring to go into, as it’ll put a lot of stress on your forearm muscles. Or perhaps building a shelter. Or anything of that matter.
