How to make French bread with sourdough or yeast
After making your solid sourdough according to the previous video, now it's time to make French bread (or as many call it, baguette) with only water, flour and salt... because if you think about it, sourdough only has flour and water... since we haven't used commercial bread yeast.

I will explain several important things about this recipe and it would be ideal if you could see it before you ask questions.

Ingredients:
Preferred ingredients:
125 g all purpose flour (1 cup)
75ml warm water (1/4 cup + 2 tsp)
20 g sourdough (1 ball) or 1 g yeast (1/2 tsp) or 3 g fresh yeast.
Ingredients final dough:
Preference
250 g All purpose flour (2 cups)
160ml warm water (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
7 gr salt (1+1/2 tsp)
For this recipe we have used all-purpose wheat flour (the one sold in supermarkets) with a 10% protein (that puts it in the part of the table of nutritional values)
Remember that any bread with sourdough requires much longer fermentation times than with yeast, but in exchange we opt for a bread richer in sacor and that lasts longer.
