This is a Famous steam rice with fried chicken dish from Hnin Pearl train station in burma. Back in the day you can only get this dish if you are travelling by train and only at this train station.
ingredients
chicken
marinate over night with
salt
tumeric
lime
garlic and ginger water
the next day , fried the chicken in medium heat and we will used the same oil we use to fry the chicken to fry the onions. Onions are cut thick and fry the onion untill they are slightly brown add garlic and ginger paste . once onion are brown add paprika and water.
after frying for a few mins we will add salt and chicken powder. we need to add water a few times and add fried onions and add water.
the gravy needs to be not too watery nor too dry.
once all cooked you can enjoy this dish with chilli paste and fry veg dish which i will upload later how to make .
