HOW TO MAKE FRIED MEAT PIE | HOW TO MAKE EMPANADA
Dough:
6 cups flour
8 tbsp margarine
2 egg yokes
tsp salt
water
Note: The amount of water used varies depending on the humidity of where you live. You can also bake them as well.
Filling:
Minced meat
Sweet peppers
Spring onions
Onions
Carrot
Garlic
Tsp thyme
tsp bouillon
pepper
salt
oil for deep frying

There's also another method we make in Ghana. Dat one is egg fried pie. We boil the eggs and put one each into the pie dough and fry. So similar and super delicious 😁👍

Yes Abena, we do that in Nigeria too. We call it SCOTCH EGG. Its basically dough, you put one boiled Egg into it, roll up into a ball and Fry.. It's very delectable, goes well with Fanta.. Lol
