Ok, I was literally journaling this last week about what friendship meant for my life and also how to get out and make more friends. And then you post this ? Ahhhhmazing. I’m an extrovert with lots of friendship trauma that I’ve spent the last few years unpacking , so I think I’m going to take a lot of these points and run with them (besides that I deleted all my socials 😆). I think my number one to work on is complimenting others.

also don't hang out w manipulative ppl, look out for them and avoid them. A manipulative person won't know they are manipulative. also how to break up w ur friend group? you can do the worst way which is just to leave without saying anything. I sent them a huge letter in a text of why i was leaving and how i felt. i'm still friends with them but we aren't as close and we don't hang out together.

thankyou so so much! i think an advice hotline is a must hehe confrontation is always so scary, it's never easy but one thing i like to think of is: it's better to be alone than to be in the wrong company. if they are bad and you know that, just distancing yourself and cutting them off is enough to close the door & find your new besties :) x

Love this video sm!! But the only thing I’m having trouble with is when you say that’s people who have no friends is a big red flag when that’s kind of me right now in that situation, I have been a little bit more on myself because I’ve just not had that click or connection with people and moving schools made me lose friends

if you're a good intended person with a kind heart then that point obviously doesn't relate with you at all! i am more so talking about how most people will show you they can't have longevity in a connection because they actually suck and they will show their true colours sooner than later. i actually talk more about this point in an upcoming friendship video so stay tuned!! 💖

i have so many experiences with fake friends and people that one day just decided to ghost me.. (and im guilt of doing this with other "friends" as well....) today i totally understand why some of them left me, but others... im still thinking about it.. now, i have one of my best friends (my boyfie❤) but he also have friendships that he can trust and talk about his passions without fear of being judge... the problem is. i cant do that with my trio... they do not have the same valoues as mine. and i feel so sad that i cant talk with them abt my religion, my thoughts, my opinions... bc they would probably scream at me and say that i totally wrong. i moved to a new school with them. and now i dont know what to do but stay with this same trio. i really want to find new friends and people that also think the same as me (not 100% obviously). i just dont know how. im shy and i hate that.

It’s so hard to make friends as a adult. I have 0 friends today because I finish school early and I didn’t tell anyone at the time when I left because I was in my own little teenage world. Now it’s hard for me
