I am binging all your videos to keep me motivated and learn! New mama of 7 months. Working full time but started my etsy shop and hard core focused on making it my full time job so I can have that exact freedom, create my own schedule and raising my little man! My husband is doing it with me and it has been so fun working as a team to make our shop grow!

Love your approach! I work in corporate and make $125k+ and started an etsy shop with digital products. I started it to have a creative outlet that I was craving. Felt like I was losing my identity between being an employee, spouse, mom of 3, etc. My experience in the business world, however, has really helped with keeping determination, being realistic, and making pragmatic decisions. It’s hard to see getting to a point where I could walk away from my full time job but there is a big itch in me to go hard at building my shop, not stopping for anything. Thank you for your transparent videos and sharing your insights!

Dylan I love that you always give tough love. You don't sugar coat and I appreciate that. I guess the thing I struggle with most on Etsy is... I get intimidated looking at how low my competitors prices are. I don't know how they do it.

Your videos are so inspiring! You don't just paint a pie in the sky picture of easy riches, which I appreciate. You and Wes have worked so darn hard to make it happen but like your sign in your office says, you decided to "Never, Never, Never, Give up."

I've been selling digital invites for 9 months now. A couple months ago, i was struggling to hit 10 sales... now i've surpassed that. I get a little over 20 sales a month, but obviously i want way more. Everyone charges so low on etsy so i'm fighting to make sure i don't cut into my profit by only charging $7 to $8. It took awhile to gain more momentum, but with more reviews and few bestsellers... i see the growth. Now i just wonder how long it'll take take to hit 10+ sales a day , and over 100 sales a month.😆😆😆

I'm writing this promise here. My first year on Etsy, I wung it. Did little research, just took my past retail management knowledge along with social media marketing experience and plopped a few things on my shop, all under $10. My first year, I made almost $10k. My goal this year is 20k. Whether I hit that or not, this time next year, I'll be signing up for this course to grow my business from wherever it is in February of 2025! Looking forward to seeing where we are then!

It would take some encouragement, but I'm sure my husband would be a huge part of our business. I love what you said about the niches, so true. Many people talk strictly about selecting a niche before starting a business and focusing specifically on one area...seems limited in my opinion. Looking forward to watching more of your videos, such down-to-earth information without all the fluff. Thank you.

I have an instant shop, and I started one with a friend who lives in Eastern Europe while I'm in the us. We're gaining a small amount of traction, but it's so darn slow. I really want to be successful, if only so much friend won't have to rely on traditional work, as he's in a country where he's exploited and underpaid

I’m definitely aiming to go full-time Etsy and ditch my full-time job that only makes me about $2,600/month and that’s not enough. But I’m just worried that I can’t even make $2,600/month. I want to make sure that it’s even possible.

I love your videos! I started a jewelry Etsy shop earlier this year and only have 12 sales. I started a print on demand shop for shirts and sweatshirts and have about 5 sales. I can’t seem to get any traffic going. I use Pinterest and get no views there. Same with Instagram. I feel kind of stuck.

@@dylanjahraus thanks for your reply! I feel like I’ve watched tons of videos about SEO, good pictures, etc. I feel like I’ve done every little thing I can to improve my shop and listings. Still crickets, even with Etsy ads that I run daily. How much is your program? Is there a link to it? I’m just afraid to spend money on a program to tell me everything that I feel like I’ve learned already
@dylanjahraus
@dylanjahraus Жыл бұрын
@@FamilyDinnerDelights yes there are so many videos here on KZfaq about SEO, good pictures, etc. and they all say the same exact thing, but those basic Etsy 101 things are not going to get you traction in a saturated market. Most of the time you watch those videos and afterwards you think, wow, what did I just watch? What was even the takeaway or new information that I can pull from that? My approach is different, yet proven. I give you the actual practical, tactical scrappy steps that I used to get to 134K in my first 12 months and then the strategies to scale to 300-400k beyond that first year in business. Typically I recommend scheduling a call with me so that we can discuss more about your struggles on Etsy and what roadblocks you're facing and then I'd also like to hear about your goals and how quickly you need to make it happen. I offer different levels of support in my program so based on our conversation I can recommend what might best fit your needs. Here's the link to schedule a quick (and free) call: calendly.com/dylanjahraus/program-strategy-call?month=2022-08

Can you share an anti niche successful store?
@dylanjahraus
@dylanjahraus Жыл бұрын
It's not about being "anti-niche", but it's about not building and developing the foundation solely on a niche. In our process the niche comes later in the development of the business and we start with a more important component first.
