I have come to the realization that every food tutorial you publish will come with a twist. I just said "wowwwww" this is something beyond my imagination who would have thought about it then again I remind myself this woman is very creative. I live in Scotland in a very cold flat (regardless I put heating on) so I have a tiny warming cupboard for my ferments. Thanks!
