Great recipe, I'll have to try that. It reminds me of the time I spent in Crete, the local bakery had all kinds of filo deserts. Spanakopita is my favorite when made right.

The sweet but not too sweet is such a Greek pastry style and I love it!! I've had this several times but never really knew how to make it...I do now haha Thanks Graham The creaminess makes me so happy and I love eating and working with phyllo dough!! Love it all, thanks for sharing!

Wow, it looks so creamy and soft. I'm not sure I can let it sit overnight w/o getting a spoonful every time I open the fridge. Custard and Phyllo combined, this has to be heavenly!
