I just made this recipe. It was so delicious. It was my first time making anything with plantains. I will be making this one again. I even love the d=fried beef on its own. I need to practice my cooking for when I move to Nigeria from Canada

Sisi Yemi,you’re just the best! I had a potluck at my workplace and decided to sign up,chose Gizdodo as my menu. Even though I had cooked this a couple of times,I came straight to your channel and viola, I learned it better. Tried to avoid spice cos of my foreign colleagues ,and it came out superb!
