This is a detailed step by step guide on how to make Greek yogurt at home using a dry bacteria culture. I gave the recipe for the smallest unit and how you can multiply it for larger yoghurt production.

I am here to update you madam I bought a food thermometer and tired it today after 6 hours it did not form but I noticed that the bottom was starting to thicken so I did the hot water method and it came out perfectly after two hours madam it the best Greek yogurt I have tasted it was so creamy and lush I wish I could send videos ma ❤❤ thank you so much God bless you for all you do❤

Thank you for your kind words 😘 1. You can get it where they sell baking items. It should be around 3-5k now, I’m not certain. 2. Yogourmet 3. Milk measurement is same for both drinking yoghurt and Greek. The difference is in volume of water. Drinking yogurt needs more water

You can try 1.5L and see the outcome. There’s no fixed measurement so you have to experiment to your taste
