Hi. Thanks for the online tutorial for making halo halo. Am sharing this with friends who love this dessert but unfortunately are not here in the Philippines to enjoy it. Just so they can do it for themselves, whether in the US or Canada or in Europe, for special occasions like birthdays. Am sending it to a family friend in the US as it's his birthday today and so he doesn't miss out on this one. And I hope they eventually find ways to serve this delicious food in that part of the world. :)

Well, it's quite a late answer, but I'm half Filipina, and I would recommend you to visit a bigger Asia shop in your capital city (or any big city nearby), or if it is possible a Asia shop where Filipinos work. You will definitely find your desired ingredients there, as far as I can remember.
