1. at one point you said glucose 30g, is it powder form or liquid form? can be replaced with something else? 2. can we use walnuts? 3. poppy seeds are giving a false positive (sometimes) for drug test, so is advised to be avoided by pilots or military, can we use something else?

Glucose liquid, you can add anything you like inside to halva (almond walnut chocolate chips.....)
