The ingredients for these wonderful Carrot and Zucchini Arepas are: Ingredients for 7 Arepas
263 gr (1 1/2 cup) Pre - cooked maize meal
1 medium carrot
1/2 Zucchini
1 Tbsp Olive Oil or butter
Cilantro
Salt
Stuffing for 5 Arepas:
1/2 Chicken breast cooked
1 Tomato
2 chives or green onion
1/4 red paprika
5 - 6 Mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
** You can also use ham, the cheeses of your preference, etc.
