I love to my recipes from Scratch and one of my favorites, is to make Salad Cream, you will love how easy it is to put it all together. Enjoy🥰
Are you worried about using raw eggs to make your Mayonnaise? Fun Fact: By adding acid to eggs in the form of lemon juice or vinegar raises the temperature at which egg yolk cooks which helps in the killing of bacteria without cooking. So have fun experimenting😘✌🏽❤️
Ingredients:
1cup - Vegetable Oil
1tbsp - Lemon Juice
1tsp - Salt
1 - Egg
1/2cup - Powdered Sugar
1/4-1/2cup - Evaporated Milk
1-2tsp - Rice Vinegar or Vinegar of choice

Sweet sis I made your salad dressing but in a different way because I didn’t have the immersion blender so I used the hand mixer to make the mayonnaise and added the evaporated milk and sugar to it ,it was perfect 👏💃thanks for sharing 🙏🏻

I recently joined your channel and have seen how beautifully talented you are. I saw your video on how to make mayonnaise and decided to make mine but failed. I don't know what went wrong but here is my recipe so you could help me. 4 small eggs 2 cups of vegetable oil 2 tbs white vinegar 1 tablespoonful of sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp of pepper flakes 1 tsp of mixed ginger and garlic powder.
