I dared to put some jalapeno and serrano peppers, do you dare?
Ingredients of traditional Mexican Guacamole:
- 3 ripe avocados (approximately 900 grams)
- 3 firm, unripe tomatoes (approximately 350 grams)
- 1 medium onion
- Juice of 2 medium limes, or the juice of a large lemon
- A splash of olive oil (approximately 1 tablespoon)
- Salt to taste
_ Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Jalapeño Chile (optional)
- 1 Serrano Chile (optional)
- A pinch of Mexican oregano, or normal oregano
- Coriander to taste

Eres un genio! Me ha encantado y desde el principio sabía que saldría de maravilla, pero creo que necesitamos un poquito más de sal para que se quede al punto. Por lo demás genial, y ojo menos mal que hubo momento hidratación si no no saldría igual xD. Saludo maestro!

Espectacular e irresistible ese guacamole, solo ver tu cara probando, se ve que debe estar riquísimo, ingredientes riquísimos, esos aguacates tienen un color y una textura ideal, ese toque de jalapeño, ya con el chile serrano no me atrevo, su cilantro, cebolla, tomate, auténtico , y me ha encantado esa hidratación del cocinero, claro que si, los nachos, las tortillas, te ha quedado espectacular Gracias por tan buena clase que nos das y por tan rica receta Un abrazo

Un guacamole increíble Toni, explicado de maravilla y con unos ingredientes de lujo, eso dice mucho de la receta luego. Dale bien de picante a mi me encanta la verdad... Nunca con las manos quitar las semillas..si que eres valiente pero luego duelen los dedos ..el picor depende de la primero o segunda cosecha de la temporada aquí en el norte le ponemos un chorrito de leche o agua pero ayuda con la cremosidad ..te salió fenomenal!! Bravo!
