QUICK HOMEMADE PIZZA SAUCE RECIPE:
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup white onions finely diced
• 2 large cloves garlic minced
• 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes drained and pureed
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• splash of red wine optional
QUICK HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST/ BASE:
• 1 cup very warm water
• 2 teaspoons sugar divided
• 1 packet active dry yeast
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 heaping teaspoon Italian spice seasoning
• 1 heaping teaspoon parmesan cheese
MEATY BEEF PIZZA TOPPINGS:
• Mozzarella cheese grated
• Cheddar cheese grated
• Parmesan cheese
• green, red and yellow bell peppers sliced
• Beef Strips (Pre cook)
• Chorizo slices
• Mince (Pre cook)
• Spinach
CHICKEN PIZZA TOPPINGS:
• Mozzarella cheese grated
• Cheddar cheese grated
• Parmesan cheese
• Green, red and yellow bell peppers sliced
• Chicken breasts strips (Pre cook)
• Chicken Vienna’s sliced (Pre boiled)
• Mushrooms
• Cheesy pasta sauce (Pre cook)
OVEN
• Pre heat at 220 degrees
• Bake for 15 min or until you are satisfied with the crust.
*Tip:
• Make sure that when you place the dough on the baking tray, it is as flat as possible so that you don’t have a thick base. (That’s if you want a thin base of course.)
