Samosa Sheets | Spring Roll Wrappers
As Ramadan is around the corner we need to make sure that everything is prepared ahead!
This is one of my favorite methods to make pastry right in your home from scratch.
It's easier to make and can be stored for 2-3 months in a freezer. You can fill it with any savory fillings you like and enjoy for iftar! 🤗

🌟Ingredients
•400g All Purpose Flour
(maida)
•1tsp Salt
•240ml Water
(room temperature)
•Canola oil / Preferably Ghee insteadof Oil
•All-purpose flour

📌Make sure to let the sheets cool down first and then separate from each other!
