Any kind of color additive is unhealthy harmful. Don't take my word for it. Research for yourselves. Many things created in laboratories are chemicals. Mother nature needs no additives. Strawberries give an already beautiful natural color.

Hello Elyse Nicole I do leave the rice to soak countertop and I do cover it. If it’s too hot in the area where you will leave rice you can also refrigerated, but the rice will still be a little hard when you blend so you might have to blend a little longer. Thank you for watching & take care..

Hello Myra Santos No I don’t pre wash the rice that extra Starch actually helps,but if you prefer to wash it it’s okay as well.
