Typically, it takes hours or even all day/overnight to achive a flavorful broth and tenderize the beef. With the instant pot's high pressure cooking setting, you're able to cut cooking time by hours!

*Ingredients
-beef bones (knuckle bones, marrow bones or neck bones)
-beef shank
-beef oxtail (optional)
-1/2 tbsp salt
-medium size piece of rock sugar
-1 tbsp chicken soup base
-3 tbsp fish sauce
-1 onion
-1 ginger
-chunk of daikon
-3 piece garlic
-pho spice seasoning (anise seed, cinnamon, fennel sed, clove, coriander seed)
-rice noodles for pho

-Thinly sliced beef
-beef balls (bo vien)

-beansprout

-thinly sliced onions
