4 pound cow foot
🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp smoked
1 Tbsp all purpose season
🌼Herbs
1/2 bell pepper each
1 carrot
5 cloves garlic
2 stalk scallions
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 Tsp pimento seed
1 Tsp ginger
1/2 onion
1 tomato
1 maggi stock cube
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp jerk marinate
🌼Pot
1 maggi stock cubed
1 Tsp all purpose season
1/2 Tsp jerk marinate
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 can butter beans
Cook cow foot till tender🤤

You season it so nicely, it went through the fork really good, i am not a fan of cow foot but my family will love it 😀niceness overload, nice add broad beans, tomatoes and other stuff it looks really good the gravy look nice and thick

@@jodycookingg Nah man, cowfoot a nasty food. It stinks and does not even taste good. Plus, cowfoot a slave man food. That is what they used to give us to eat, while them eat off the best part of the cow.
