This is adorable and so well done!! I was going to order a puzzle which is about $22 but this looks like it would be cheaper and fun/challenging to make. Thank you! What kind of varnish did you use? I have some clear poly liquid that goes over stained wood... Is that okay?

No it's optional it's just to give a glossy effect and make them last longer

You can but varnish is completely optional, it's just to have a extra layer of protection

Actually it's not compulsory but as kids are going to play it will protect from water or dust so... And also give a shiny effect 😳😳

I printed a image in a 4 sheet and trimmed the border.... So I would say 1 cm less than a 4 sheet

This was sooo extra, way to overcomplicated for no reason when it can be come much simpler but to each their own this is just a crazy way of stretching out the process and making more steps when there doesn't need to be
