Here are the ingredients you require to make Kashmiri Rogan Josh:
- Mustard Oil 2-3 tbsps
- Water 2 tsp
- Young goat Meat
- Cinnamon 10 gms
- Cloves 2 gms
- Cardamom green 4 gms
- Mace 1 blade
- 1 Dried Bay Leaf
- Big Cardamom 10 gms
- One Cup Kashmiri Onions fried
- Tomatoes 2 Big
- Asafoetida 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 100 ml
- Deghi Mirch 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri Turmeric Powder 20 gms
- Salt as per Taste
- Ratan Jot 1 Clove
- Saffron 5 gms
- Fennel Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Powder 2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves Chopped
