I remember I ordered almond pretzels here in the United States and was disappointed because there was no filling.
This was the first time I made pretzels but it was fun and not as hard as I expect it to be so try it for yourself!
* Ingredients (makes about 30 5-inch sticks)
Pretzel Dough
- AP Flour 300g
- Sugar 15g
- Salt 4g
- Yeast 5g
- Water 120g
- Butter 20g
- Baking Soda 2g
- Yogurt 60g
Almond Crunch Topping
- Chopped Almond 60g
- Sugar 50g
- Butter 15g
- Heavy Cream 30g
Cream Cheese Filling
- Cream Cheese 225g
- Condensed Milk 50g
Baking Soda Water
- Water 200g
- Baking Soda 25g
