Video could be edited for brevity, and I'm wincing at a lot of unsafe table saw operations. Luck only lasts so long!

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. This one one of my earlier videos and I’m still learning. I’ve since found a much safer way to make kumiko with a router 👍🏻

Thanks for the vid. you make it look simple. but I know there's a good bit of trial and error. The trial & error is killing me. :) but I'll get it and some point.

Yeah it took me 3 attempts to get it in that video. Usually measure with callipers first and sneak up to the cut until it’s perfect then I always keep a piece left over so set up next time is easier

Hi. Thanks. The measurements change each time I make a lamp but I usually shoot for somewhere around 5cm spacing for grid work and then just trial and error for the infill but I do usually keep a bit from previous builds to help with set up
