Laping means cold skin in Chinese , it is a street food in north west China , Tibetans from those regions later brought it into diaspora Tibetan communities in India ,

Thank you for walking us through the laphing serpo process. Laphing karpo is soo much easier than yellow laphing. All you need is mung bean starch. You can use the same sipen sauce. that's it.

Thanks for the superb video of laphing for laphing craze people. From my suggestion i wanna suggest dat u can use streamer container and put 3 to 4 plates in one streamer container( moksang) by using support of two sticks in each plate so dat u can save time as well as gas too. Otherwise there will be container to order to put many plates one at a tym. Hope it's helpful!

Why we Tibetans so keen on eating lapping ? I think it is such a unhealthy food and I'm sure it is originated from China ! We should not In courage our community to such food , we should rather in courage more healthy food come out with new ideas of healthy food ,we should come up with new ideas of unique tibetan food ! Defiantly not Chinese !
