How to Make Lavender Oatmeal Bath Tea

This lavender milk oatmeal tea is a very easy DIY project to pamper yourself or give away as a gift! The following ingredients can be layered in a jar or mixed together. Some links are affiliate links.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry milk
1/4 cup Epsom salts www.seasalt.com/epsom-salt-me...

1/4 cup instant oatmeal

Supplies:
Measuring cup (I used 1/4 cup)
3 x 4 muslin drawstring bags amzn.to/1NvDOnR
Botanical rubber stamp

If u also do a milk bath, u can use coconut milk or coconut cream instead of powdered milk & of course that would be a same day use, unless u find powdered coconut milk

I use goat milk powder ( makes water foamy) also I ordered fusible tea bags that you can seal with iron ( I have very small iron ) or you can use a heat sealer! Thanks for sharing your recipe and tutorial!😀

Hi! Love these! I've made some already for mine and the other Mom's in my life for mother's day, but my sister in law has celiac disease, and I don't want to chance it with the oatmeal. Dumb question is the dry milk heavier than baking soda I tried making them awhile ago with baking soda and used organza bag s and the baking soda kept poofing out.Ok thanks

Hi Savannah. My stamp is from Stampin' Up set called "Pocket Silhouettes," but I'm pretty sure it's been discontinued and is not sold anymore. However, you might be able to find it on Ebay.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. Ive been thinking about adding a bath salts / bath tea to my range. I make & sell Candles, melts, soaps & shower steamers. The shower steamers are so popular. Since they're cotton, my guess is that you can reuse them. Just empty the contents and hand wash or add them to your laundry.

Maybe two or three. They're cotton, so I'm sure you can reuse them multiple times.
