Making a Leather Macbook & Laptops Case with PDF Pattern
Three sizes are available:
11-12" : for laptops sizes up to 7.5" x 11.8" (19.2 x 30 cm)
13-13.3" : for laptops sizes up to 8.62" x 12.36" (21.9 x 31.4 cm)
15-16" : for laptop sizes up to 9.8" x 14.3" (24.9 x 36.4 cm)

▶Tools you need:
- sharp knife
- 1,2-1,5mm hole puncher or pricking irons or awl
- hammer
- 2 needles
- paper tape
- a home printer
▶Materials you need:
- about 2.7 / 3.2 / 4.3 sqft (0.25 / 0.3 / 0.4 sq meter) of leather
- 5 oz (2mm) for the whole construction
- Waxed thread (preferable 0,8mm)

I will make one to covering all the laptop instead. When i need it just take it out better like a bag. And still have charger and mouse also make another one some where for it. Nice idea

Получилось классно! Вопрос по размерам. Зная размеры девайса (длина, ширина, толщина) сколько необходимо добавлять мм к длине и ширине, учитывая толщину ноутбука? По 1/2 толщины изделия на каждой стороне каждой части будет достаточно чтобы и залез, но и не был велик чехол. Спасибо!

This is a great design. I want to make something like this for my gaming laptop but with an extra strap to keep the laptop secure when closed from behind. Would be worried about it sliding out.

Nice basic idea. But if you lift it sideways from the right your laptop might fall out of the bag. There needs to be something to prevent that. As is, this pattern is dangerous.

No side protection and the leather on the bottom does not allow air under the laptop will cause it to warm up and possibly thermal throttle.

One thing that's bugging me on most of your tutorials: the finished product is usually only shown at the end, briefly, at the same time that other links pop up on top of it. It should be shown at the beginning, FULL VIEW, 360 , NOT zoomed in partial views. No 'fly-by's either, or raindrops on the lens. Skip the artistic editing please. The video thumbnail is usually ok, but it's hard to show to others, and it doesn't show the back of the product either. Whenever we want to show a product to someone to see if they would like it, we have to scroll till we find something that stays on for more than a couple seconds. The etsy store has screenshots that are useful, but doesn't help if we're watching the videos on a tv.
