Did mine with same powder sugar but topped with Fresh Blueberries and Fresh Sliced Strawberries. Didn't last very long, it was simply gone... Thanks again Vincenzo, my family and I loved it!

I think this is the first time I've ever seen anyone use an actual teaspoon to measure a teaspoon of something. Looks like an amazing cake, I love lemon, definitely going to make this.

@@smally8499234 it depends what lemon you get. there are even sweet lemons. Just taste the dough. I did and added 2 more lemons. its in the oven now, can keep you in touch.

Lemons are lush, cake is lush, what’s not to like. Looks scrummy delicious, like all of Vincenzo’s recipes. Carbonara is excellent if you follow his method.

When I juice the lemons I use the muslin strainer to strain the seeds out even the tiniest ones, I do the same thing with the limes

Hi Vincenzo, grazie for the vids, just a general Italian food question. Just some context: Using canned tomato can taste quite acidic sometimes even when adding basil, salt, pepper while cooking and finishing with extra virgin on the plate. The acidity from the canned tomato is there, any tricks for that or to make it less acidic? Now I only use fresh tomatoes because of that XD

Or pasta grammar tip I found look for canned tomatoes with just tomatoes in ingredients list Mutti, pomi and one local Aldi brand are 3 to work for me so far

The best way to get as much juice as you can is to microwave the lemon for 15 seconds. I urge you to try it. Grazie.

Looks like your baking pan is non stick, you can do without the paper too. I never use paper, always comes out perfectly if non-stick.
