INGREDIENTS:
For marination-
1. Salt 1 Tablespoon
2. ⁠black pepper 1 tablespoon
3. ⁠Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
4. ⁠Yougurt 2 tablespoons
5. ⁠Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
add in the oil :
1. Cardamom 4
2. ⁠cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
3. ⁠cloves 4
4. ⁠black pepper whole 10-12
Fry all chicken pieces
Use the same oil:
1. Yougurt 4 tablespoons
2. Black pepper powder
3. ⁠green chilli 10
Cover the led and cook one side for 15 minutes and after flipping the chicken more 15 minutes with cover cook it.
Without led cook more 5 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves 🌿
