Re-watch this video, at around 1:20 you will see that screencast-o-matic has a recording option that allows you to record both screen and your webcam simultaneously.

When converting your slides to video is it better to do a voice over of the text that is in each slide? Like to read each word verbatim or is it better for the student that we do not read and let them read the slides them selves?
