Are you Making a stencil like he is here if you are then when you go to paint the item using this design stencil you can use whatever colors you want and the reason he has a different color when adding the individual pieces on top of the four logo cluster is so that he knows which ones he has done like highlighting them if that makes sense?

Thank you for sharing, I have attempted to download it just as your instructions suggest and i'm successful up to the point where I get to preview the copy and a grey screen shows up instead of the preview. I then get a distorted image of the logo with the logo lettering shaded out as a preview. When I attempt to print it gives me the following message: machine cannot read the cut sensor marks, make sure you're using white material. Your tutorial is awesome BTW.

Yeah for some reason not all images are able be read by Cricut you just got look for another image, just trial and error till you find one that works.

Ok I have a question for you I am trying to make a shirt for my nephews 21st Birthday I want a Dripping Gucci (Words) & GG pattern back ground with 1K in the middle the hard part is I found the perfect GG Dripping Gucci Logo But I am having the hardest time finding one with the GUCCI Dripping from Top To Bottom I'm not super experienced with my maker or design space yet so I was wondering if you might be able to guide me in the right direction because this has to be SUPER SAUCY For My Nephew TYRIN 1K any help you can provide would be absolutely amazing an I would be extremely grateful!! why dont you just download the brown wallpaper 1 they all cut out spot on clean cut no need to do individually.....worked for me

Nobody answered you, but the answer is absolutely not. I'm going to assume you're new or were new to all this when you commented because most new people assume stuff about logos and such and don't understand copyright or Trademark at all and still mess up after they get the basics. If you want to use a google image for yourself, your own profile or something like that or youtube banner etc it doesn't matter at all. You can even name yourself Luis Vuitton Girl or Luis V Guy, that doesn't matter as you are just using the brand for yourself and in a descriptive manner. However, there is no case, none, zero where you can use their logo or patterns or designs for your own Personal gain without their permission. You cannot sell products with them or sell their patterns or anything period and don't let anyone else tell you any different. I design products and have to do copyright and trademark research daily when making new designs. This stuff is common sense. The very fact you asked demonstrates there is hesitation in doing so which means you know you shouldn't but ask for clarity. People want to use these brand designs or logos, patterns etc because they are popular and it is much easier to leech off popular things than to create your own design. The answer is no. If you made your own design and people randomly were using them to make money, you wouldn't be happy about it especially when those people can do harm to your brand depending on what they do with the design. And don't pay attention to others who do violate trademark or copyright law. Eventually they get caught and you don't want a lawsuit over your head for being lazy and greedy.

I've only stumbled across this video because I'm doing designs for products and I was currently wondering how to do high Fashion and Designer design patterns. I was curious as to how the designs are made as some are more complex than just "Logo, flower, Diamond, another flower" like Luis Vuitton. For an example, the Argyle sock famous pattern. I don't know what anyone who views this vid for is specifically trying to do but I sell products and I know for a fact you cannot use Luis Vuitton Logo or patterns on stuff you sell so I'm kind of confused as to why people are so excited in the comments. It's illegal to use their brand on anything that isn't for yourself personally. So I'm reading the comments seeing all this stuff about templates and such which I'm sure people want to download them for projects and graphic designs that they are going to try to make money from. I'm here trying to learn these patterns to make my own that doesn't infringe on any brand.
