Really Loved the Low Tech Tank Method Setup, I had 2 Tanks of Low Tech and I Love the Way they had Grown... They both lasted till 3 years, until my House went in renovation and had to dismantle the Tanks . The Method I had used was Very Different.. As ADA Products are Quite Expensive, I had to resort to Cheaper Alternatives. Question I have is about the Lighting in a Low Tech Setup? Also would you be able to do a Tank Setup Video on the Walstad Method? Low Tech Accirding to me is a Setup,that doesn't have fhe Co2 and Big Expensive Lights. Also the Plants in a Low Tech are of the ones that don't need Co2 and specific lighting requirements. But waiting to see the Comparison/Update Video on this Tank... 😁❤

Dear Kunal, Expensive or Cheap does not determine the end result of your planted aquarium, it is the knowledge and understanding you have of the ecosystem and how things function is what will make a good planted aquarium. Co2 is the life source of a plant, when you don't create a source of co2 for the plants you are basically starving them According to me there is no such thing as low tech or high tech, there is only what Nature has created and we have to copy, so let go for the "words" we use to describe things for our convenience and see what is a fact of nature Thank you for this conversation, it is not every day that interesting conversations happen Most of my tanks have a bit of wasted in them I guess, but will surely make one You will see the comparison video soon thank and take care

Very nice video once again sir.. I should admit that I started this hobby with low tech planted aquarium but soon i realised that my destiny is a high tech tank..so i switched from low tech to high tech tank.. As a beginner a low tech tank is good to learn about plant, how they grow, what problems may come in aquarium. After spending lot of time and understanding each and every aspect, i have moved to a high tech aquarium.

@@MayurDevAquascaper I have background plants : rotala Indica, rotala hra, Ludwigia red, rotala nanjenshah, rotala Vietnam green. Midground : cryptocoryne wenditi green, staurogyne repens, bucephelandra, hygrophila Pinatifida, Foreground : Montecarlo and some dwarf hair grass Currently I have these and planning to rescape and include some more plants. I am using pressurised co2 at 3 bps, i have 60p aquarium with canister filter loaded with Bio Rio 😍 Ada amazonia 2 soil in substrate and lava rocks in hardscape.

Thanks for the setup sir this is what I wanted to make some thing seemlier without driftwood and you done it , it’s easy for me to do now if we are using co2 then what fertilizer should we choose suikei liquid is enough or some other , what should be light and co2 timing & bubble count for this tank

thank you Omer Bhai, If you are using Co2 then go with the ADA Brighty and the Mineral that is better the light will be 6 hours co2 3 hours and about 2-3 bubbles per second

Nice teaching for Setup of planted Aquarium . I too want to set a small tank , but here Noting is available , I ve to purchase online , Don't know which soil ve to used , cost , fertiliser , and plants , there may be possibility for plant damaging due to transportation. . So far I ve two non planted Aquarium but I want a try for planted . In last as usual ur video is nice , presentation is awesome , knowledgeable . Thank u for sharing .

If you say Monte Carlo tends to drop downwards how can it be hung up to drop down? Would you advise tieing it on a SS net and mounting it high up or did you tie it to driftwood or stone in your Glosso Monte Carlo aquascape, Mr. Mayur?

Sir setting up tank is like child's play for u.....love it Got one off topic question..I have 100lit tank made with 8mm glass..I want to know how much of sand /rocks(I have 7 kgs single Long rock) I can use in weigh (kg) so that my bottom glass don't crack or break. Basically I want to know how much of weight we can put on in 8mm glass tank ( sand+rock+water) hop u got the question.. thanks

Are you using a good high density rubber or thearmacol mat under the tank

@@SK-ej3qg Ok so as long as you have used good quality glass and silicon you don't have to worry about the weight of the stone, make sure you have a 1 inch layer of soil in the tank and place the stones on the soil and not directly on the glass if you are still worried you can use a high density foam in the tank only in the area under the stone

Sir how many wattage wrgb light should be used for 75 liter tank and what will be the measurement in lumen, lux, par and kelvin? The sand form the river can be contaminated and can have snails and leech, it will effect the planted aquarium

check the chlorine level in your water, also water change is a good thing and a simple understanding, fresh water is always good for the eco system do share what you do at a water change time method etc
