It was like Java until 1.12, when they changed it I left bedrock and haven't looked back

bedrock animations are like that and alot more things are different as it was designed for devices that are hard to play on the ability to place blocks outside of the hitbox, to make it easier to place blocks on fiddly controlls ect, i play Java 1.9+ and Bedrock

editing, you can add motion blur with clients or some motion blur texture packs i use lalite client if i want motion blur

get that alot but for many people it changes everything Head movement is now delayed like Java (turn around in 3rd person to see) Sword animations plus fist placement is better And ALOT more

i personally use it to remove the weird ass sprint jumping animation (it also works as an anti character creator pack up to you if thats a good or a bad thing)

if its a zip file change .zip to .mcpack and then just click it after that. Minecraft opens those file types by default. Alternatively, change to External storage and manually place the zip file in the folder where your addons are stored.

all Minecraft bedrock mods are a MCPACK. Simply click on it or right click: open with Minecraft and it will be installed. Same process for texture packs ect
