Very infomative and out of the box idea Azad bhai keep it up her I just want to add one thing play safe for example apk pas 70 lakhs haen app wo 70 lakh natioanl saving mae ya bank ame dalo or apko usk interest 70*6% = 42000. Ab isy 42 ko kuch months safe kraen or prhr ajaen meedan mae start earngiing money apk invested money safe ki safe rahy gi or jb apka buisnes chl pary to go for someother another and then sky is the limit

Azad bhai problem jo mujhay lag rahi hay ky aai gi yahan pr: yahan pr rental properties ky owners aap ko sirf rehnay ky liay detay hain property. Wo aap ko apni property sy paisay kamanay nahi dein gy asaani sy. To Azaad bhai, hamain koi contract banwa paray ga. Us contract mein kia kia terms likhni chahiye hain?
